Kia ora! I’m a Performing Arts teacher from Aotearoa New Zealand, and I joined BIS in August 2025. My teaching journey has taken me from New Zealand to Australia and Dubai, working mainly with secondary students across a range of performing arts curricula.
My specialist areas are Dance and Theatre, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive, high-energy spaces where every student, regardless of experience, can explore, express, and thrive. With a background as a professional dancer, I bring both industry insight and a commitment to making the creative arts accessible to all. I’ve directed and choreographed numerous school and community musicals, and I encourage students to embrace my Kiwi “give it a go” mentality. As Taylor Swift once said, “Just be yourself, there is no one better.”
Outside the classroom, I’m a fan of rugby, netball, and personal fitness. I have a wide-ranging love of music, from pop and rock to classical, and enjoy exploring global cultures and fashion.
