I'm the Guidance Counsellor at BIS, having transitioned into the role after a one-year internship in the same position. With a Specialist Standard qualification as Designated Safeguarding Lead (Level 3) and over 350 hours dedicated to pastoral care, I work closely with teachers and families to design interventions that support both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing.

Before BIS, I experienced more than 200 hours of psychological support for children and parents through community programs and adolescent-focused clinics, as well as a year working with autistic children with self-harming behaviours. Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, I focus on fostering resilience, building social-emotional skills, and strengthening family relationships.

In addition to my work at BIS, I contribute to a research collaboration between Crisp-E and Zurich University on grief in cultural contexts, with ongoing interests in youth resilience and life satisfaction.
